ALTA League FAQ

Both members and non-members may participate on Echo Ridge ALTA teams. Non-members are welcome to join for a $50 per season non-member fee.

To maintain a strong member-based program, at least 50% of each ALTA team roster must be Echo Ridge members.

$50 per season non-member fees are paid for the season.

Players with unpaid non-member fees from a prior season may not be added to a roster until those fees are resolved.

If a non-member ALTA participant does not use the Echo Ridge courts at all during the season—or uses the courts only once for either a practice or a home match—they will be exempt from the non-member fee for that season.

This exception is intended to accommodate situations such as injury, schedule changes, or availability issues.

COURT RESERVATIONS:

All Echo Ridge members can reserve a court via the online system. Courts 1, 2, and 4 can be booked in 15-minute increments, up to 2 hours. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance. Court 3 is dedicated to walk-up play. Courts 1 and 2 will often have standing reservations for ALTA team matches and practice times. The tennis wall is located on court 4.

COURT HOURS

Hours: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm, 7 days/week

COURT ACCESS:

With the exception of non-member participation in certain drills and league play, the tennis courts are reserved for the exclusive use of Echo Ridge members and their guests.

Click here (requires member account login) to view the gate codes and other access information.

COURT RULES:

  • Ensure the gate closes behind you after entering/exiting.
  • If you are the last to leave at night, turn off court lights.
  • Cancel reservations you no longer need.

COURT ETIQUETTE:

  • Balls coming in from neighboring courts and interrupting play is an expected part of playing at a club.  But, if you’ll be sending a significant number of wayward shots (e.g. playing with small children or using a ball machine), consider reserving court 4 and closing it off via the big mesh curtain.
  • If a match is wrapping up soon on a court you’ve reserved and other courts are available, consider moving to the open court until the match is completed.

GUEST FEES & NON-MEMBER PLAY:

  • Guests may accompany members for $3 per visit
  • 10-visit guest punch cards are available for $25
  • Email [email protected] to purchase

Non-members may join an Echo Ridge ALTA team for a $50 per tennis season fee ($25 for junior non-members).
